2. Q: How to order?
Please email or fax us your purchase order, or you can ask us to send a pro forma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information about your order:
1) Product Information: Quantity, specification (size, material, color, logo and packaging requirements), artwork or sample will be the best.
2) Delivery time is required.
3) Shipping Information: Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Destination Seaport/Airport.
3. Q: How long and how to get samples from us?
If you need some samples to check the quality we can make according to your request.
Shipping and sample charges are payable for samples (costs range from $50 to $150, depending on
product), while the sample fee is refundable.

4) Shipping fee for samples: The shipping fee depends on the weight and package size and your region.

4. Q: What are the payment terms for sample fee and order amount?
For samples, we accept payment sent by Western Union, Paypal, and for orders, we can accept T/T or L/C payment at sight.

5. Q: What is the whole process of doing business with us?

1) First, please provide the details of the product you need us to quote for you.
2) If the price is acceptable and the customer needs a sample, we will provide the customer with a pro forma invoice to arrange payment for the sample.
3) If the customer approves the sample and asks for the mass production order, we will provide the customer with a pro forma invoice, and we will arrange the production immediately after receiving the 30% deposit.
